Mike Wolff is a Computer Engineering Technologist who graduated with Honours from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) in 1997. Before returning to college, he had worked for ten years in the panel board industry for Weldwood, LP and Weyerhaeuser and recognized the growing importance of Microprocessor Controls, Process Information Systems and Data Analysis in troubleshooting and optimizing manufacturing plants. |

Following graduation, Mike decided to combine his new technical skills with his previous wood industry experience and start his own company, IDAC Logic. Starting with a contract for Weyerhaeuser, he set-up a plant-wide high-speed process data network linking all PLCs and HMIs to a process historian. |

|
Mike has spent a decade collecting and analyzing process information, problem solving, reducing variability and optimizing production processes. He has done work for Weyerhaeuser, Tolko, Krueger and Dynea. Mike is well known in the panelboard industry for his analytical skills and innovative problem solving and optimization abilities.
